DO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING?
Parking is $2 per hour
DO YOU SELL IN METRES OR YARDS?
As Canada is a metric country we sell in meters. 1 meter (40") is 1.09 yards 1 meter of fabric @ $19.95 a meter is $18.42 a yard.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM CUT OF FABRIC?
.5m (20") is our minimum. Fabric is then ordered in 1/2m increments as one continuous piece.
IS ALL THE FABRIC IN STORE AVAILABLE ON LINE?
We are gradually adding new fabric and hoping to eventually having it all available on-line. Thank you for your patience!
WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?
Most basics will be restocked. Many fabrics are only available on a limited basis and sell out quickly. Pease call or email if there is an item you are waiting for.
HOW DO I PAY?
On-line orders can be paid with any major credit card or Pay Pal.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship all around the world! Shipping vary outside of Canada.
HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?
In stock items will normally ship within 1- 3 days. We will contact you if your order will be delayed beyond that time.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted (with contacting us first) on items in the same condition as they were purchased in within 15 days. We do not accept returns on books, patterns or fabric cut to order. Shipping is not reimbursed.
LOOKING FOR A LONG ARM QUILTER?
We have our quilts and samples quilted by the following very talented people Though we are happy to have you drop off or pick up quilts from Nick or Tess here at the shop, you must make all arrangements prior - directly with them. We do not quote on their work.
